The Bubba Conlee Golf Tournament

Entries are open to all male and female golfers who (a) have handicaps computed under the USGA Golf Handicap System (Boys 8 or less, Girls 12 or less), (b) are 19 years old or younger, and (c) Sponsor exemptions who meet eligibility requirements. Eligibility extends to graduating seniors that have not yet begun their freshman year of college.

An online application must be completed by every player. An email verifying we received the application will be sent when the application is submitted. No payment is required when completing the application. Once the field is selected invitations will be sent to the selected players via email in early May. Players will need to accept the invitation and make payment through the website by the deadline to offically be entered in the tournament. 

I, for myself and the player, hereby release Mirimichi Golf Course (the host facility), The Bubba Conlee National Junior Golf Tournament, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and all of its sponsors from any and all liability for any event or consequence whatsoever in any way arising out of or relating to a player’s participation in this event with the sole and singular exception of liability arising out of bad faith or willful misconduct. I understand and support the AJGA’s Code of Conduct. In case of emergency during the tournament, I authorize a qualified medical doctor to take all necessary measures in the treatment of the aforementioned tournament participant. I give “The Bubba” permission to use my child’s picture in any publication, and to give my email address to college coaches who request it.

Once the field is selected, invitations will be sent to the selected players via email. Players will need to accept the invitation and make payment through the website to offically be entered in the tournament. Entry fee of $295 is non-refundable once the player has accepted the invitation to play in the tournament.

Play will be governed by USGA Rules of Golf except where modified by local rules. All questions shall be resolved by the Tournament Championship Rules Committee whose decision shall be final.

All tournament participants will be expected to abide by the AJGA Code of Conduct. Violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct. Use of tobacco products is prohibited.

No Spectator Carts will be allowed for the duration of the tournament. Tournament dress code applies to all contestants for duration of the event. Spectators may have no verbal contact with players. Contestants may be disqualified if these rules are broken.

Monday, July 10 - Official Practice Round: 18-hole practice round for all players. Call the Mirimichi pro shop (901.259.3800) to schedule tee time. Registration - 9:00am-4:00 pm at Mirimichi. (Unofficial practice rounds are available on Monday, 7/4. Call the pro shop for tee times).

Tuesday, July 11 - Round 1 Morning tee times starting at 7:00 a.m. and Afternoon tee times starting at 12:00 p.m.

Wednesday, July 12 - Round 2 Morning tee times starting at 7:00 a.m. and Afternoon tee times starting at 12:00 p.m.

Thursday, July 13 - Final Round Morning tee times starting at 7:00 a.m. and Afternoon tee times starting at 11:30 p.m.

The leaders in both boys and girls divisions will tee off last so that winners will finish at approximately the same time. Trophies will be awarded and pictures taken immediately following the conclusion of play around 7:00 p.m. Please make travel arrangements according to this schedule. 

The Tournament Golf Championship Committee reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules therein. The decision of the Committee in any matter shall be final.

Parents and spectators are welcome and desired at our Tournament. Spectator carts will not be available during the tournament. All spectators must keep a 20 yard distance from players. Spectators may have no verbal contact with players. The giving of advice or coaching of players is strictly prohibited and is grounds for disqualification. 

All players will carry their own bags (no caddies, no carts) during Championship play. Players may use a non-motorized pull cart. Also, no headphones may be worn in this competition.

Registration will be held at Mirimichi Golf Course&amp;nbsp;(6195 Woodstock Cuba Rd., Millington, TN 38053) on Monday, July 10th from 9:00am-4:00pm.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All contestants must register or be subject to disqualification. The first day tee times will be posted at the club on Monday, July 10th.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</p>

Championship trophies and awards will be presented to the 1st through 4th place low scores in each of the boy and girl championship divisions. Playoff for championship, sudden death. All other awards settled by score card playoff using final round scores beginning with the 18th hole and going backward.

Practice rounds are available for each contestant on Monday, July 10th. Please call the Mirimichi pro shop at 901.259.3800 for tee times. Unofficial practice rounds are available on Sunday.

Golf Course dress code required by participants.

Girls: Golf shorts, slacks or skirts. Appropriate tops. (No short shorts.) 
Boys: Golf slacks or shorts of Country Club length. Shirts with collars. (No T-shirts, tank tops or jeans). SOFT SPIKES REQUIRED. 

FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.
